Fourth Frontier

Last Update 10 days ago

Syncing your data transfers ECG data stored on your Frontier X Plus device to the app and then the cloud for display and storage. It also then erases the data on the Frontier X Plus so that you can use it to store new recordings.

  • Ensure that you remove the Frontier X Plus from your body when syncing your data.

  • To ensure a successful sync, make sure your Frontier X Plus is charged up to at least 20%, especially for longer recordings longer than 3 hours.

  • Once connected your Frontier X Plus will automatically attempt to sync any data stored on the device. You may delay this or stop the sync if you wish to use the device to record immediately.

  • Alternatively, you can manually initiate the sync process by clicking on the sync icon in the upper left-hand side of your mobile app.

  • Please wait for the sync progress bar to complete and turn green indicating your sync was successful.

  • Your data will be then transferred over your internet connection to the cloud.

  • An unsuccessful sync will be indicated on the web application with the identifiers below.

  • Once transferred to the cloud, you will receive an email and a push notification on your phone.

  • Once the data is synced, you can log in to the app. fourthfrontier.com using your credentials to view your ECG and detailed HR data.

  • We recommend that you synchronize your device daily with the Mobile App

  • CAUTION: An unstable internet connection can result in unsuccessful data sync. In case of an unsuccessful data sync, the data will continue to be retained on the device and will not be erased. Once you have a stable network connection, reconnect the device to the application and the app will automatically attempt to sync data again.
