What does the warranty not cover?

The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or as a result of the Product being opened or repaired by someone not authorized by Fourth Frontier, and does not cover damage caused by or resulting from misuse, immersion in water or any other liquids beyond the water-resistance rating stated in the product specifications, proximity or exposure to heat accident, abuse, non-compliance with the instructions supplied along with the Product, neglect, or misapplication. The limited warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface of the Product either.
