How do I return my device and get a refund?

For Products purchased directly from the Fourth Frontier website, you may return the purchase within a period of 14 days commencing on the date of delivery. If the return request is accepted, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days, except for shipping charges, using the same means of payment you used for your initial transaction.
- Fill in our Return Request Form to initiate your return, or email [email protected].
- Our team will help you obtain a "Return Request Number" for the return of your order.
- Ship the product back to us without delay, in the same condition as it was received by you, to the address provided to you by Fourth Frontier.
⚠️ Returns will be initiated only once you have obtained the Return Request Number. Fourth Frontier is not obligated to issue a refund for orders returned after the 14-day window expires, and reserves the right to reject a refund request if the product is received in a condition it was not originally in when first received by you. Return shipping, postage and handling costs may be charged to you. These rights are in addition to all rights and remedies granted by consumer protection laws and regulations.
⚠️ Before sending a device back, it is your responsibility to transfer, back up or erase all personal and other data on the device. Fourth Frontier will not be responsible for any loss, use, or disclosure of any data that is on the device.
