3.3 VIEWING YOUR DATA ON THE WEB APPLICATION

Fourth Frontier

Last Update 10 days ago

You can log in to app.fourthfrontier.com using your credentials to view your past recordings.

  • Select the Activity you want to see in the detail from the list under “Activity History”

  • This will open a new tab with your selected activity.

  • Here you will see an activity summary at the top, ECG data strips, the HR Graph for the entire duration of the Activity, and the option to enter notes.

  • As you scroll the cursor over the graphs, you will see a 30 second ECG strip and heart rate corresponding to the time stamp on the graph.

  • The HR Graph will have annotations for any deviation from normal sinus Rhythm. The Annotations will be broadly classified as below and marked as a letter in a square colored box on the Graph.

  • If you have your phone with you while recording, your Activity will contain GPS data as well. You will then see graphs of your speed and altitude and a route map, which, if you hover over it at any point, will tell you the speed, distance, and altitude at any point.

  • Self-diagnosis of measurement results and self- treatment are potentially dangerous. You should always consult your doctor.
