3.5 ADDING A HEALTH EVENT TAG

You have the option to add a Health Event Tag that allows you to record any health/wellness related event or symptom to be recorded in the system.

The Frontier X Plus mobile application and web application allows you to record this information for a particular date and time and associate it to a

recorded activity. These inputs will allow you to track your health/wellness better by allowing you to have all the information in one place.

  • Open Frontier X plus mobile application and select the “History” button on the tab at the bottom of your Home screen

  • Click on an activity to navigate to the “Activity Summary” page.

  • Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Add Health Event Tag” button. This will display a list of Health Events.

  • When you click on one of the Health Events , it will display sub sections where you can include symptoms or other relevant health events.

  • Choose one Health Event and it opens up a small pop up box. In this pop up box you will be able to enter the details, time , date and any additional notes.

  • Click on the “Save” button to save the tag or the “Back” button to cancel the activity.
