3.5 ADDING A HEALTH EVENT TAG

You have the option to add a Health Event Tag that allows you to record any health/wellness related event or symptom to be recorded in the system.
The Frontier X Plus mobile application and web application allows you to record this information for a particular date and time and associate it to a
recorded activity. These inputs will allow you to track your health/wellness better by allowing you to have all the information in one place.
Open Frontier X plus mobile application and select the “History” button on the tab at the bottom of your Home screen
Click on an activity to navigate to the “Activity Summary” page.
Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Add Health Event Tag” button. This will display a list of Health Events.
When you click on one of the Health Events , it will display sub sections where you can include symptoms or other relevant health events.
Choose one Health Event and it opens up a small pop up box. In this pop up box you will be able to enter the details, time , date and any additional notes.
Click on the “Save” button to save the tag or the “Back” button to cancel the activity.
