4.4.. How do I turn off Frontier X Plus?

To perform a hard reset on the device, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure your device is connected to the

Mobile App.

2. On the home page, select the ‘Settings’ tab. Select

‘Device Information’ on this page. Under device

information select the ‘Shutdown’ option. Click on ‘Shut

down’ to proceed with turning off the device.

3. To turn on the device, please hold the button on the

device for 6 seconds. The device will power on,

indicated by a succession of red, then green, then blue

lights, and a short buzz.
