Standard alerts:

Please do not connect the device with your phoneʼs Bluetooth. This will prevent the device from connecting to the App.

You can now wear the device and use the app to start recording.

1. Once you are wearing the Frontier X3 and it is connected to the mobile application, select the "Activity" button on the tab at the bottom of your Home screen.

2. Click on the red "Edit Alerts" button to modify settings, with options for vibration alerts (single buzz and double buzz) to help you train within a zone.

3. For each alert type: choose a parameter for which you would like to receive the respective alert — you can choose between Heart Rate, Breathing Rate or Strain. Decide whether you would like this limit to be an upper or lower limit. Upper limits trigger alerts every 20 secs when you are above the upper limit threshold. Lower limits trigger alerts every 20 secs when you are below the lower limit threshold. Specify the threshold value with the slider.

4. Save Alert once satisfied with settings.
Zone-Based Quick Alerts:
1. Go to the Start Activity page in the app.

2. Quick-select any zone from Zone 2 to Zone 5.

3. The single buzz is automatically set to the lower heart rate threshold of that zone, and the double buzz is set to the higher heart rate threshold of that zone.

📝 Each individual should determine their optimal alert settings by training with the device.
