What do the different LED lights on the Frontier X3 mean?

The LED on your Frontier X3 indicates the deviceʼs current state at a glance. Use this table as a quick reference:
| LED state | What it means |
| Blinking BLUE | Not connected to any device — broadcasting Bluetooth and waiting for a connection. Open the Frontier X app and tap "Connect". |
| Blinking alternate BLUE and GREEN | Connected to another device (phone, watch, or external HRM). The device supports up to 1 mobile app + 2 external HRMs at a time. |
| Blinking GREEN every 5 seconds | A workout is being recorded. |
| Static BLUE | The device is charging. |
| Blinking RED 3 times every 1 minute | Battery level is less than 10%. |
| Static GREEN | Data sync is in progress. |
Device bootup is shown by a succession of red, green and blue lights followed by a short buzz.
