What devices does the Frontier X3 sync with?

The Frontier X3 uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to sync with other devices as a heart-rate monitor. Examples include:
- Apple Watch
- Garmin
- Peloton
- Zwift
- Many other BLE-capable fitness devices
⚠️ ANT+ is not supported, and certain models of Polar and Wahoo are not supported due to firmware changes on their end.
📝 Connection limit: the Frontier X3 can connect to a maximum of 3 devices simultaneously— 1 mobile app and 2 external HRMs.
External devices such as a Garmin watch will display only Heart Rate. The Frontier X3 itself records the full set of metrics — Breathing Rate, Strain, Heart Rate, Body Shock, and Training Load — which become visible in the Frontier X app once your phone is connected, and in even more detail on the Frontier X web dashboard after a cloud upload.
