5. Does this feature require a separate device or app?
No. It only works with the Frontier X Plus app, no extra hardware is needed.

To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations will be effective from the following billing cycle. Please note that cancellations during an active billing period do not qualify for a refund, and access will remain available until the end of the current cycle.
